Overview

Flexible seat seal gate valve is fully wrapped by special rubber.Pro-vided with

integral flexible valve core,it is away from water leakage or rusting compared

with ordinary gate valve,and the ubiquitous problems of bad seal,elasticity fat

igue,aging of ruber and abrasion and rusting of sealing surface.lt makes full u

se of the compensation function of micro distortion produced by flexible seal to 

actualize good sealing effect.This valve is widely used in fluid pipeline in the 

fields of water supply,petrochemicals,metallurgy,shipping,foodstuff,

pharmaceuticals and en-ergy sources,functioned to adjust and cut off flow.

1、整體包膠：閥芯采用高性能橡膠和最新的硫化技術進行整體包裹，貼合緊密牢固，幾何尺寸精確，密封可靠，使用壽命長，操作輕快，維修簡單便利。

2、重量輕：閥體球墨鑄鐵材料，重量較一般閘閥減輕25%，安裝維修方便；閥門最大打開高度較一般閘閥低60mm~280mm，可安裝有空間限制的場合。

3、平底式閥座：底部采用與管道相同的平底式閥座設計，不會產生雜物堆積，流道暢通無阻且密封可靠。

4、耐蝕性能：閥門內腔采用無毒環氧樹脂粉末途裝，內件采銅合金和不銹鋼可防止腐蝕和生銹，不但可用于飲水、食品等系統，而且可用于污水或地下等系統中。

5、三“O”密封：閥桿上密封處采用O型圈密封，摩擦阻力小，開關輕巧不漏水。

Fully Rubber Wrapped:valve core fully wrapped by high perfor-mance rubber and

latest vulcanization technology closely and firmly to effect accurate geometrical

dimensions,dependable seal and long ser-vice life.

Lightweight:valve gody made of spheroidal graphite cast iron mate-rial,25% lighter 

compared with ordinary gate valve,easy installation and servicing;maximum opening 

height 60mm~280mm lower than or-dinary gate valves,they may be mounted in 

spacerestricted locations.

Flat-bottomed Valve Seat:design of flat-bottomed valve seat,which is the same as 

that of pipeline,will not result in sundries deposited,thus to effect smooth flow 

channel and reliable seal.

Corrosion-resisting Performance:the chamber of valve is coated by nontoxic epoxy resin 

powder,and the internal parts are made of copper alloy and stainless steel to 

avoid corrosion and rusting.This product is not only applicable for drinking water

and foodstuff system,but also applicable for sewage and underground system.

３＂Ｏ＂Seals:The upper seal of valve stem uses O-ring for small abra-sion resistance,handy open-close and leak-tightness.
